You will be sent an email with tracking so you can keep an eye on your order. We ship our orders using UPS or USPS. Once dispatched, we do not take responsibility for packages lost or misplaced in transit. We recommend contacting the courier if you have concerns regarding the status of your order.
We offer free standard shipping on all retail orders with a total cost over $60 within the United States.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day exchange from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at support@jellystonedesigns.com.au within 14 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
For any faulty or damaged products (caused by manufacturer error), we will offer a replacement item or refund to the value of the product.
For change of mind, you will be offered a store credit or refund to the purchase value of the product. You must return products at your own cost, unused and in original condition.
For wholesale customers, please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you have a query or concern about your order.
You will be entitled to a refund or exchange where we are required to do so under any relevant laws.
